Launching The Author Village this past month has been a truly wonderful experience. It has far exceeded all my expectations.
The website is now fully updated and complete. All fifteen authors are now listed. I’m so happy that Lauren Castillo, Mike Curato, Brendan Kiely, C. Alexander London, Laurel Snyder, and Ibi Zoboi are part of the community.
I’d like to thank all the authors who’ve reached out over the course of these last few weeks. As I’ve been able to share with many of you, I’m taking things slowly (or as slowly as I can) at the start. I have much to learn!
I’d like to thank my friend Eva Ruiz, who’s been working with me on a lot of the behind-the-scenes items. I’m so lucky to have her on board.
Finally and most importantly, I’d like to thank the dynamic team from Skytemple. They’re the ones who created and designed The Author Village website. I’ve been working with them for years. They’re the team behind my personal website. They’re based out of Northhampton, MA. They believe in net neutrality, are committed to giving back, and are all-around good people.
